Mandate to purchase these aircraft, for the concerned Airline/Purchaser/End User/Operator, on Company Letterhead, attested by the Managing Director or authorized signatory of Company. - We will send the Offer or Contract to THE BUYER.3. LOI issued to us, for the purchase of the aircraft, in the name of the Airline/Purchaser/End User/Operator, proof of AOC for the airliners. The deposit on Escrow is paid.4. Proof of Funds of Purchaser/End User/Operator – By way of Bank Statement, Letter from Company Auditors regarding availability of funds which can be verified – or Bank to Bank verification. 5. Copy of Aircraft Operators Certificate, if available.6. Pre-purchase inspection takes place.7. Contract of purchase is entered into between Purchaser and Seller taking into account findings during the pre-purchase inspection. NOTE: Additional equipment: installation and payment must be agreed upon the Supplementary Agreement, after signing the contract of sale.
