Description: CB Aviation is proud to present this 1973 Fairchild Merlin III with only 7575 TT. Cruise at over 300MPH for over 2,000mi in pressurized comfort. Great Avionics, New leather interior in 08, Only 130 hours on props, Just came of part 135. Inspection Status: A, B, C & D inspections c/w a 150, 200, and 300 hours inspections per Garrett MM Chap. 72-00-00 table 601. June 18th, 2009, Complete logbooks. The III series of Merlin’s were a great departure from the II series. The redesigned fuselage was lengthened by 25 inches to provide for 2 more passengers. Wing span was 30 inches longer, tail height was 6 inches taller and new landing gear was used. III series models are 2,500 lbs. heavier than their II series predecessors, and with 262 gallons more fuel capacity, they are all 2000+ mile range aircraft. The III and IIIA are essentially the same except the IIIA features 3 extra cabin windows
